My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. 

With that said, I've been representing buyers and sellers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Real Estate Market since 1988.  I am a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction.  I have found that providing the very best customer service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.  In addition, I am dedicated, energetic, a problem solver and have a TRUE passion for my profession.  This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.  This philosophy has led to many repeat clients and referrals because I go that extra mile to make sure buying or selling a home is a happy and pleasant experience. 

To give back to the community, I have served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, have been active as a Paint the Town participant. and chaired numerous fund raisers.  I was named "Woman of the Year/Chairperson" for DACA (Dallas Area Council of American Business Women's Association) in 1989 and listed in Who's Who of American Women 2000-2001.
